
陈倩茜,中共党员,讲师,博士研究生。2023年毕业于武汉大学获得博士学位。主要研究方向:①碳水化合物资源开发与利用;②含硒活性物质开发与功能评价;③食品功能因子包埋与递送。主持湖北省自然科学基金、湖北省教育厅科学技术研究项目计划等,相关研究发表学术论文10余篇,近年来参与申报发明专利2项,作为主要完成人获2024年湖北省科技进步二等奖(排6)。
