
程晨,女,1993年3月出生,中共党员,博士。分别于2019年、2023年在中国农业科学院油料作物研究所获食品安全与工程硕士学位和农产品加工利用博士学位。长期致力于农产品加工与营养方面研究,主要包括1)油料多酚功能与营养;2)天然活性产物稳态递送;3)富硒农产品加工与营养研究等。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,以第一作者在Food Chemistry、Food science and Human Wellness, Food&Function等国际顶尖杂志发表论文6篇,中文核心3篇,授权国内专利1项。
