
谢芳,博士,硕士生导师,入选湖北省省级人才计划。2017-2022年在武汉大学天然高分子及高分子物理实验室硕博连读,攻读高分子化学与物理专业博士学位,主要在碳水化合物资源开发与利用、食品功能因子包埋与递送、含硒活性物质开发与功能评价等领域开展持续的研究。主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金等项目。以第一作者和通讯作者在Small, Chemical Engineering Journal, Carbohydrate Polymers,Food Hydrocolloids等期刊上发表论文10余篇,授权国家专利4余件。
