周娇娇,女,中共党员,研究生学历,博士。2021年6月于华中农业大学食品科学专业获得博士学位,入选湖北省省级人才计划。主要从事纳米硒生物活性和食品安全快速检测方面的研究。在Chemical Engineering Journal,ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, Biosensors & Bioelectronics等期刊上以第一或共同第一作者发表一区SCI论文8篇,主持在研项目2项。
